CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation policy for groups:

Group lessons are to be paid in advance, usually in blocks of a certain amount of weeks. Prices and dates will be advised beforehand by the tutor. Once the payment is received, this is non-refundable. There will be no discounts for missed lessons, even if the student knows about the absence in advance.

New students who wish to join a pre-existing group will be given the opportunity to join a group lesson of different levels to determine the right group for them. New students will be required to prepay for their block nevertheless.

Cancellation policy for individuals:

Individual students (1 to 1 and 2 to 1) will be required to pay at the end of their lessons. There is a cancellation policy of 48 hours, and if the student fails to inform the tutor before this timeframe, the student will be charged 100% of the lesson rate.
